JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FULL-TIME PASTOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
The Emma Church is looking for an individual who:
● is filled with the Holy Spirit and led by the Fruit of the Spirit.
● is gifted in Biblical preaching and teaching.
● values an Anabaptist theological and Biblical perspective.
● possesses the qualities of enthusiasm and friendliness.
● will motivate and equip members to discover and utilize their gifts to the betterment of
the congregation.
● will embrace the concerns and heartfelt needs of the congregation.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Full-time position while also being available for emergencies and other congregational
events and needs.
2. Bachelor’s degree in ministry-related studies preferred.
3. Ministry experience preferred.
