Overview
We’re hiring a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Construction Office Assistant to support our growing team. This is an entry-level position ideal for college students or recent graduates looking to gain professional experience in construction project coordination and office administration — all from home.
Responsibilities
Assist with organizing and managing digital project files
Schedule and prepare for virtual meetings; take notes and follow up on action items
Perform basic data entry and track invoices and expenses
Help create and send Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and vendor communications
Maintain spreadsheets, logs, and project documentation
Communicate with subcontractors and vendors via email and phone
Support project managers with light research, permit tracking, and administrative tasks
Learn and use tools like Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and internal tracking systems
Requirements
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from college (any major)
Reliable internet connection and access to a computer
Minimum availability of 10–15 hours per week
Commitment to learning and completing tasks independently
Professional attitude and communication
Skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good written and verbal communication
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Willingness to make phone calls and follow up professionally
Interest in construction, architecture, or project coordination (a plus, not required)
