Hours:                         30-40 hours per week, Mon – Fri

Position Overview

Everence is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Accounting Intern to support our Accounting team during tax season. This internship provides hands-on experience with fiduciary tax processes and offers exposure to tax software and financial reporting. This is an excellent opportunity for students preparing for a career in accounting or tax services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform account maintenance using the OneSource tax software
  • Maintain and update account logs using Excel spreadsheets
  • Assist the accounting team with the preparation and review of fiduciary tax returns
  • Print/publish and mail tax documents
  • Contribute to other special projects based on experience, skills, and interest

Qualifications

  • Enrolled as a junior or senior in a bachelor’s degree program in Accounting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to follow detailed written procedures with accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute within a collaborative team environment
