Title: Events Scheduling Manager

Primary Function: Responsible for ensuring Life Action’s annual event schedule is fully booked and strategically planned. This role oversees the scheduling team, manages follow-up with leads, and maintains strong communication with churches, organizations, and partners. A successful candidate will bring both organizational excellence and relational skill, helping Life Action expand it’s reach and impact through well-coordinated events.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and resource Regional Representatives, providing direction and support to ensure a fully booked event shcedule.
- Promote and clearly communicate the full range of Life Action events to churches, partners, and prospective participants.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive scheduling strategy aligned with ministry goals.
- Manage and oversee the ongoing event schedule, including pre-event planning and coordination.
- Provide weekly reports on scheduling activity, progress, and updates.
- Oversee the CRM system, ensuring accurate data management and repliable reporting. Manage the post-event survey process and ensure feedbacks loops are closed effectively.
- Supervise the lead management process, assigning and tracking leads to ensure timely follow-up.
- Oversee scheduling representative portfolios and support their success. Partner with the Marketing team to generate new leads and opportunities for events.
- Identify and recommend conference, luncheons, forums, and other venues for Life Action Ministries representatives to attend in order to build relationships with pastors and churches.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the COO.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively.
- A genuine love for the local church and it’s pastors.
- Attention to accuracy, detail, and organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills for working with both internal teams and external partners.
- Openness to feedback and ability to thrive in collaborative, participative environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
- Ability to learn and effectively use the Life Action CRM system.
