Director of Finance
Covenant Christian School is seeking a Director of Finance to help steward the financial health of our growing, Christ-centered school community.

This role is responsible for overseeing the school’s financial operations while supporting long-term sustainability as we expand programming and facilities.

Primary Responsibilities
Manage the annual budget
Provide monthly financial reports
Oversee accounts payable and receivable
Monitor tuition payments and financial systems
Support payroll oversight
Ensure compliance with Choice Scholarship and nonprofit requirements
Assist with long-term financial planning
Support capital growth and program expansion
Work closely with the Head of School and Board Finance Committee
Qualifications
Background in finance, accounting, or business
Nonprofit or school experience preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Commitment to Covenant’s Christian mission
