Overview
Break’N Bad is hiring a 3D Printing & Product Design Associate to design and produce physical products and accessories for our business. You’ll take real projects from concept to finished, printed product. It’s a great hands-on role for an engineering or design student who wants to see their work go from CAD to something people actually use.
What You’ll Do
- Design parts and products in CAD
- Operate and maintain our 3D printers, managing print jobs from start to finish
- Prototype, test, and iterate on designs
- Produce finished pieces for use in shows, packaging, or sale
- Troubleshoot print issues and improve quality and efficiency
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Tinkercad, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with 3D printing, or a strong willingness to learn
- Detail-oriented and comfortable iterating on a design
- A problem-solver who can take a project from concept to a finished product
- Engineering, industrial design, or product design coursework is a plus
Schedule: Flexible, mostly daytime hours and largely project-based, built around your class load.

Sports cards are our main focus today, but we also sell other collectibles. We're a fast-growing team based in South Bend, Indiana.
