About the Women’s and Worship Arts Pastor
The Women’s Pastor will spend about 50% of their time providing pastoral care and discipleship for the women of C3, meeting a need Pastor Segars cannot fill. Responsibilities include weekly counseling and discipleship, leading women’s groups and events, collaborating with the women’s ministry coordinator, and managing the ministry’s budget and communications. The Worship Arts Pastor will also dedicate 50% of their time to bringing a pastoral and theological presence to the worship ministry, working with the current team to gradually infuse spiritual guidance into services. Duties include planning services with the team, developing worship beyond Sundays, writing liturgy, and training new volunteer musicians and vocalists.

Meeting weekly with women for discipleship, counseling, and care

Leading and overseeing women’s discipleship groups and the Women’s Connection Team

Providing faith-building programs, events, and inclusive gatherings

Managing communications, social media, and ministry budget

Collaborating with the women’s ministry event coordinator
The Worship Arts Pastor responsibilities focus on guiding the worship team and congregation into the presence of Jesus. Key duties include:
Planning and leading worship with the team and volunteers

Developing and training new musicians and vocalists

Creating worship initiatives for kids and students

Writing weekly liturgy and calls to worship

Leading worship at midweek gatherings and community events

Maintaining song lists and weekly service planning with the Lead Pastor

Supporting the Prayer Room and annual Prayer Conference

Preaching occasionally, attending staff meetings, and participating in church events

Bachelor’s degree required.
Relevant credentials in Christian ministry are expected.
