Position: Event Marketing Intern

Duration: January – April (Paid Internship)

Hours: 10-20 hours per week, flexible schedule within normal business hours

We are LOGAN Community Resources or LOGAN.  

LOGAN is a non-profit organization that supports people with intellectual and developmental disabilities so they, and their families, may achieve their desired quality of life.

One of our most beloved events, The Great LOGAN Nose-On, is a community tradition that highlights our mission and brings people together. And we need YOU to help make it happen!

Your Role:

As our Event Marketing Intern, you’ll be integral in supporting one of our largest and most iconic events. You’ll gain valuable hands-on experience in event planning, marketing, and community outreach, all while supporting a cause that matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchandise Organization: Sort, organize, and distribute LOGAN Nose-On event merchandise.

School Outreach: Reach out to local schools to engage them about our event, deliver noses, and learning resources.

Customer Support: Answer questions via email and phone about merchandise and event details.

Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with pre-event setup, on-site support during the event, and post-event cleanup.

Community Engagement: Communicate with schools participating in the Disability Awareness Challenge and other event-related activities.

Delivery: Ensure timely delivery of merchandise to schools and local businesses.

Requirements:

Car Required: You’ll need a reliable vehicle for deliveries.

Availability: You must be available for 10-20 hours/week and able to attend the event on  March 26, 2025.

Positive Attitude & Strong Skills: We’re looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership, organization, time management, and interpersonal skills.

 

Qualifications:

Current Student: Preferably in your 2nd or 3rd year of undergraduate study.

Passion for Making a Difference: We want someone excited about community impact and nonprofit work.
