Job Description – Administrative & Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities and Duties

Greet and direct incoming guests/clients.
Answer all incoming calls, forwarding professionally to the appropriate party.
Computer entry of contract information.
Assist agents with paperwork, marketing, and various projects, troubleshoot basic computer needs.
Design work including print and emailed postcards, flyers, brochures, and recruiting materials.
Keep general marketing materials in stock and replenished, i.e. letterhead, stationery, signs, etc.
Post to various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and run analytics reports.
Assist agents with marketing, creating, and mailing Just Listed/Just Sold postcards, Constant Contact flyers, and other materials.
Qualifications and Skills

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Working knowledge of various social media platforms
Ability to teach yourself about new technologies as they come out.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design software a huge plus, but if you bring a readiness to learn, that works too!
Organization, data accuracy, and time management skills, allowing you to work on multiple projects at a time.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize with multiple interruptions.
Pleasant and professional demeanor with all situations and personality types.
Ability to keep/handle confidential information.
Ability to work with multiple agents with varying needs and personality types to come up with the best solution for them.
Knowledge of real estate industry a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Benefits: Paid time off

Schedule: 8 hour shift; Monday to Friday

Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience: Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)

Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (Preferred)

Canva: 1 year (Preferred)

Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)

Language: English (Required)
