Overview
We’re looking for a teammate who is eager to run the back office and contribute to our company’s expansion. The ideal candidate may not be able to complete all of the listed tasks, but they are eager to learn, develop, and contribute.

Responsibilities:
• Assist by providing input for business decisions
• Run timesheet reports from the software
• Prepare invoices using Excel
• Update and calculate mileage based on the calendar and using Excel
• Update lists and templates
• Upon approval, make online purchases
• Format documents using Print Preview Word or Page Break Preview with Excel
Position Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with word processing and formatting documents and spreadsheets created with MS Word and Excel; with the ability to utilize Excel functions
• Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat or Nuance
• Proficiency with MS Office applications required.
• Experience with Access, PowerPoint and Graphics experience is a plus.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of management and peers.
Work Hours Weekly:
•20 (Flexible)
Wage:
• 25.00$ per hour
