Program Facilitator

Overview

ULEAD is a nonprofit experiential leadership training & team building organization serving youth and youth workers across the state of Indiana and beyond.  As a Program Facilitator, you will assist in planning and delivering critical experiential education programs to youth and youth workers by serving a wide variety of non-profit, afterschool, and primary education organizations. An ideal candidate will have both passion and experience working with youth middle school age and up, as well as the ability to facilitate experiential learning programs. Requirements:

·       B.A. or B.S. in Education, Youth Development, Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Leadership, or Youth Ministry and 1 year          of work, internship, or volunteer experience in associated field.

·       Flexible schedule to engage in travel, including some evenings and weekends

·       Acceptable background check and drug screen.

·       Team player with a positive attitude and servant spirit.

·       Must live within a 30-mile radius of Goshen, IN or willing to relocate within that radius
